New: instant breakfast packaging line for boil-in bags and cartons

NOTIS launched a packaging system at one of the large flour mills in the Altai Region. Instant cereals are dosed into formed boil-in bags and then packed into cartons.

System composition

two vertical filling and packaging machines;
carton forming line;
automatic line for placing cartons into corrugated cases.

The system also includes automatic loading conveyors working with vibratory feeders and bag tippers. These machines feed the source product to the VFFS machines.

System output is at least 12 cartons per minute, or 96 boil-in bags per minute.

All main units, electronics and software were developed and manufactured at NOTIS.
