The machine forms a bag from roll film and fills the dose
The most popular detergent package is a 1500-6000 g handle bag. For this format we offer the MDU-NOTIS-05M-820 vertical filling and packaging machine. It uses a linear vibratory weigher, which does not compress detergent into lumps and does not damage the product.
The machine weighs the dose on two linear weighing channels, forms the bag from roll film, seals the seams, forms a flat bottom, fills the product and creates the upper handle area with three finger holes. Typical output is 15-18 packs per minute.
Standard pillow and gusseted bags
The same vertical machine can form ordinary pillow bags and gusseted bags. For pillow bags only, compact budget machines and semi-automatic machines are also available.

A NOTIS line for filling product directly into carton boxes
NOTIS offers in-house packaging lines for detergent in cartons. The system includes an LFK-NOTIS cartoner and a 3-head DVDD-NOTIS linear weigher. It forms cartons from flat blanks, seals the bottom, fills 400-450 g of product and closes the top. Output is about 25-35 packs per minute.

Household chemicals in plastic jars and ready containers
Laundry detergent is often efficiently dosed by vibratory weighers. Other household chemicals can be much dustier, so auger filling machines may be better. For moderate output, a special auger filler can be used for ready containers.
