Ice cream in wafer cups is most often packed at 80-100 pieces per minute. The best solution for this task is the MGU-NOTIS-150 horizontal flow wrapper.
We can offer several ways to receive ice cream from the production line and feed it to the packaging line, depending on layout, room configuration and output requirements.

Ice cream in Flow Pack
Flow Pack is a three-seal package formed from roll film. The machine wraps the product, seals the longitudinal seam and then makes two cross seals. NOTIS flow wrappers produce neat packages matching the design project.
Available options include gas flushing, label applicator, date printer, no product no pack, empty pack reject, notches, Euro slot hole, metal detector and other devices.
For lower output up to 20 packs per minute, we offer the inclined semi-automatic MGU-NOTIS-375-NK.
