MDU-NOTIS Series Machines
For fertilizer filling into polyethylene and laminated bags
The most popular solution is the MDU-NOTIS-820. This VFFS machine can be equipped with a weigh filler or auger filler and is designed for doses from 1 to 15 kg. It provides neat packaging, high dosing accuracy and reliable work in aggressive environments.
The filler type is selected according to the product fraction: granules, powders or pellets. The machines can form standard pillow bags, gusseted bags or handle bags.

NOTIS weigh fillers and auger fillers
NOTIS manufactures a range of industrial fillers:
- Weigh fillers for granular and free-flowing fertilizers.
- Auger fillers for dusty, difficult-flowing and hygroscopic materials such as lime, humates and boric acid.
- Belt fillers for sticky products such as peat, soil and biohumus.
Weigh and auger fillers can be used as part of packaging lines or as standalone machines for ready containers: sacks, buckets and plastic jars.
Premium fertilizer packaging into bags and then cartons
System with NOTIS cartoner
For retail and premium presentation, NOTIS offers carton packaging. One completed project in Poland packed pelletized biofertilizer into a bag and then placed it into a colorful carton.
The system includes an LFK-NOTIS cartoner and a weigh filler. It is suitable for 300-800 g doses with output up to 30 packs per minute.
Filling into plastic jars
Solution for microfertilizers and DIY retail
Some fertilizer additives, including boron and zinc products, are filled into 200-500 g jars. Compact weigh fillers or auger fillers can be used for this task, including semi-automatic operation.
