Unique self-tuning weighing algorithms

NOTIS was founded in 1992 developing electronic scales. Accuracy has been our core value ever since. Unlike volumetric filling, gravimetric weighing delivers consistent results and handles product gently. This is the foundation on which we build NOTIS filling machines for free-flowing materials.

For relatively high output rates (40–80 ppm), competitors often propose multi-head weighers. Multi-head weighers are certainly effective for large piece-form products with variable weight — gingerbread, for instance. But for most free-flowing materials they are an over-engineered solution: more expensive and more complex to maintain.

At a dose of 50–100 g, 4-head linear weighers (not multi-head!) deliver up to 80 ppm with minimal deviation.

What sets us apart? Standard linear weighers deliver the first part of each dose quickly and coarsely, then slow down to fine-tune the remainder. NOTIS weighers implement filling dynamics through a proprietary feedback algorithm. Our engineers have achieved an exemplary balance of speed and accuracy throughout the entire weighing cycle.
