Filling into paper bags

The machine was built with a funnel for 10 kg bags. A similar filler was completed for charcoal producers from the Samara region.

The filler uses a self-adjusting algorithm. It checks whether the dose is within the selected tolerance, then increases speed and keeps analyzing the process. By the eighth to tenth weighing, the machine reaches maximum speed and continues improving accuracy. As a result, the average batch weight equals the nominal value, for example 10 kg, while individual bags remain within the allowed tolerance.

Retail chains have strict requirements for suppliers. If a bag says 10 kg, the package must not be underweight. But systematic overfilling creates serious losses at hundreds of tons. NOTIS weigh fillers are designed to satisfy these requirements.
