From October 12 to 16, 2009, the international specialized exhibition Agroprodmash 2009 took place at Expocentre on Krasnaya Presnya. We invite you to visit our stand 82B30 in Pavilion 8, Hall 2.
At the exhibition we will demonstrate: an improved horizontal flow wrapper for bakery products; a new economy-class vertical filling machine with an auger filler; and an upgraded weighing and packaging machine with a multi-head weigher. All equipment will be set up and demonstrated in operation with real products. Details are below.
MGU-NOTIS-150 horizontal packaging machine
An electronically controlled machine with four independent drives for packaging confectionery, bakery products and other items. It has a minimum changeover time of 3 minutes, which is important for a wide product range. This machine is one of four NOTIS Flow Pack models and has proven itself in operation.
MDU-NOTIS-01M-E-420-DSHV economy-class vertical filling machine with vertical auger filler
The auger filler operates in a single control system with the packaging section, which is equipped with an additional weighing bucket. The finished package is weighed in this bucket, and its feedback signal corrects the auger rotation angle. Dose weight is set on the machine display.

Weighing and packaging machine with multi-head weigher and upgraded MDU-NOTIS-02M-520-DVK-12-2 packaging base
Purpose
- The multi-head weigher is designed for dosing small-piece products: candy, gingerbread, cookies, pasta, chips, dried fruit and similar products.
- Dosing is performed with higher accuracy and higher output than on a linear weigher.
