NOTIS specialists developed and manufactured a machine for automatic feeding of edge-stacked cookies in groups of 2 or 3 stacks. Groups are formed from cookies arranged in continuous rows. At the output, the automatic line transfers the product to a Flow Pack packaging machine.
Edge-stacked cookie packaging lines
In 2017, NOTIS manufactured several packaging lines for Russian and international cookie producers. A typical line includes a cookie loading conveyor, a horizontal flow wrapper and a conveyor for sealing the side edges, which gives the package a tight shape:
Cookies of non-standard sizes can be packed on the same line after a simple changeover.
Round cookie stacks on edge can also be packed without difficulty. The package is tight, even and neat.
