Video of the new flour packaging line for paper bags

Testing of the latest-generation flour packaging line for paper bags was completed successfully. The line reached 30 packs per minute for 1 kg bags and 25 packs per minute for 2 kg bags. Dosing error was 6 g. The equipment is already on its way to a flour producer in Volgograd.

The new design keeps earlier achievements and adds several important solutions:

a fundamentally new bag transfer conveyor design;
loading empty bags into a single magazine;
feeding flour into a single hopper of the combined volumetric-weighing filler.

These solutions simplify and reduce the cost of source product feeding for the customer, improve operation convenience and increase equipment reliability.
