At the recent Agroprodmash exhibition, equipment for meat snack packaging attracted significant attention.
The video below demonstrates a packaging line test run on jerky. Only a few kilograms of product were provided, but the results were excellent. At a target dose of 200 g, individual dose deviation did not exceed 2.5 g. The second half of the video shows each package being checked on a scale.
As a reminder, GOST R 8.579-2002 allows a tolerance of 4.5% for doses of 100–300 g — or ±9 g for a 200 g dose.
