New charcoal weigh filler for 1-10 kg kraft bags

NOTIS manufactured a new high-output charcoal filler, DVDD-NOTIS-10-3Rch-K-2K-ZA. From a 600-liter hopper, the product is fed into three 40-liter weigh buckets. A self-adjusting weighing system provides high accuracy and speed in each of the three channels. The dose is discharged and transferred by conveyor to the bag clamping unit.

During discharge and conveyor movement, the product is partly stretched out, reducing the risk of blockage in the receiving throat.

The filled bag is then moved by the operator to the discharge conveyor for sewing.

Line output is 7 bags per minute at a 10,000 g dose, and 15 bags per minute at a 3,000 g dose.
