Implementation of ISO 9000 standards at NOTIS

An exceptionally important event took place at NOTIS last week.

Our company began implementing the ISO 9000 family of standards, the Quality Management System (QMS), in its daily operations. These standards represent documented global practical experience accumulated in business: practical experience collected over many decades by leading companies in the field of quality.

The project began with training for senior managers headed by the director of ZAO NOTIS. The training was conducted by specialists from the Novosibirsk Center for Standardization and Metrology directly at the company over several days and ended with exams. This was the first step in the complex work of creating a QMS. More than twenty additional stages remain, requiring at least a year and a half. After that, the company will be able to prepare and submit an application for QMS certification.
