How Croutons Are Produced on NOTIS Equipment

We showed how bread is cut and then coated with oil and flavoring additives on NOTIS equipment in Saratov. Crouton production requires stable cutting, accurate flavoring, and repeatable taste throughout the shift.

We showed the startup of a vegetable filler at a customer site near Moscow. Products such as potatoes and vegetables require careful handling: the equipment must dose the product without unnecessary damage and work reliably in real production conditions.
