Large-dose weigh filler for free-flowing products and materials in 1–10, 3–30 or 5–50 kg doses. Bags are fixed on the funnel by a pneumatic clamp.
Designed for automatic weighing and filling of free-flowing food and non-food products. Filling is performed into bags fixed on the weighing unit funnel by a pneumatic clamp. Custom versions are possible: hopper size, frame height and funnel dimensions can be adapted to the project.
- 10/30/50 index — maximum filling range in kilograms: 1–10, 3–30 or 5–50 kg respectively.
- GPP index — pneumatic bag clamp.
- ZBP index — version with a slide-gate control system.

The filler analyzes previous cycles and accelerates weighing during operation. Even if product density or moisture in the hopper changes, the machine adapts without manual readjustment. The A-100 intelligent controller maintains GOST accuracy and reduces product giveaway.
GPP Pneumatic Clamp
Bag or sack fixing on the funnel
This device speeds up bag fixing compared with the mechanical clamp version. The bag is held on the funnel by powerful pneumatic cylinders.
For safety, the operator must press contact paddles with both hands simultaneously to fix the bag. This keeps the operator hands outside the danger zone and prevents one-hand operation.
ZBP System
Automatically adjustable hopper slide gate
Left: standard hopper. Right: hopper with the ZBP system. ZBP is a patented slide-gate control system. It automatically adjusts the gate position and can increase output by 15–100%.
In conventional fillers, the product layer on the tray is adjusted manually by a gate. With heavy doses, product pressure in the hopper can become excessive and disturb accuracy. The A-100 intelligent controller controls vibration and the pneumatic gate drive together: it narrows the opening during fine dosing and opens it wider at the start to speed up filling.
