Large-dose weigh filler for free-flowing products in 1–10, 3–30 or 5–50 kg doses. Filling is performed into a weigh bucket, optimal for boxes and other open containers.
Designed for automatic weighing and filling of free-flowing food and non-food products. The dose is collected in a 30, 50, 70 or 80 l weigh bucket mounted on load cells. This version is optimal for filling boxes and other large open containers.
- 10/30/50 index — version for filling ranges of 1–10, 3–30 or 5–50 kg respectively.
- GPK index — weigh bucket.
- ZBP index — version with a slide-gate control system.
1-year warranty.
A version with an additional mechanical or pneumatic bag clamp under the bucket is available. It can increase output by 5–10% compared with standard large-dose fillers with a mechanical clamp or pneumatic clamp.
ZBP System
Left: standard hopper. Right: hopper with the ZBP system. ZBP is a patented slide-gate control system. It automatically adjusts the gate position and can increase output by 15–50%.
