Belt-type weigh filler for soil, fertilizers and other wet, delicate or poorly flowing products. A belt conveyor is used instead of a conventional vibrating tray.
The machine is designed for dosing sticky, wet, poorly flowing and delicate products that require gentle handling. Dose volume ranges from 3 to 50 liters. Versions are available for filling into a fixed bag or into ready containers. This belt weigh filler is also often called a conveyor filler or soil filler.

Operating Principle
The product is loaded into the filler hopper. For this purpose, we offer a special automatic loader that continuously keeps the hopper filled to the required level. The operator fixes a bag on the load-receiving unit or places a container and starts the machine. The belt conveyor fills the bag to the set volume and stops. The bag can then be transferred to a sealing unit and date marked. Peat bags are often rolled between two conveyors to compact the package before palletizing.
If clumps form during dosing, the design includes an internal driven agitator.
