Automatic belt loader with cleats for loading food products into the hopper of a filling and packaging machine.
The loader is designed for loading food products into the hopper of a filling and packaging machine. The belt is equipped with cleats.
The loader is used together with a loading vibratory feeder with a 300 l receiving hopper. It automatically feeds product into the filler hopper by signals from level sensors installed in the hopper.
The loader design protects the lower shaft from product ingress and stabilizes belt position on the shafts.
