Horizontal flow wrapping machine with bottom film feed for products with unstable shape, products consisting of separate pieces and irregular products.
The machine is designed for packaging piece products in heat-sealable films when the product is difficult to feed on a conventional top-film-feed flow wrapper:
- products with unstable shape;
- products consisting of separate pieces;
- irregular products without a clear back surface for reliable contact with infeed conveyor pushers.
Typical products include vegetables, fruit, sliced cheese, poultry parts, baked goods and irregular candy.

The horizontal flow wrapper has four independent electric drives: infeed conveyor, film pulling and sealing rollers, cross-sealing jaws and discharge conveyor.

Design Feature
