The machine is designed for packaging relatively large piece products in heat-sealable films: bakery products, confectionery, food products on trays and non-food items. The base configuration includes a package length sensor and a product presence and length sensor.

Main Features
Product movement during packaging and movement of the finished pack are provided by the inclined machine design. The incline angle is smoothly adjustable from 10 to 50 degrees. The angle is selected according to product weight and shape using two buttons on the control panel.
Products can be loaded manually or fed by any automatic device, including dosing equipment.
The set package length can be controlled in three ways:
- by the package length sensor;
- by the print mark on the packaging film (option);
- by optical barrier sensor signals.
The machine operates in intermittent start-stop mode. Film pulling and cross sealing are electrically driven. The removable film unwinding shaft is mounted on two supports with braking devices. Temperature is adjusted separately on the pulling/sealing rollers and cross-sealing jaws.
Main Advantages
- The brake design with automatic force adjustment provides smooth film movement through the whole path at speeds up to 40 packs/min.
- The patented forming box design prevents wrinkles and creases on the film.
- Main assemblies are based on proven MGU horizontal flow wrappers and MDU vertical filling and packaging machines.
- The machine operates without a compressor and uses only 230 V power supply.
- Autonomous opening of the sealing rollers during pulling stops prevents burn marks on the longitudinal seal.
- The third pair of rollers supports high pulling speed even with minimum film thickness.
- Maximum film width is increased to 750 mm, and the maximum product width is up to 330 mm.
- The film unwinding system has been upgraded, removing roll-weight restrictions and simplifying roll replacement.
- Scale rulers on adjustment units, including the unwinding shaft, make changeover from product to product and from roll to roll faster and more convenient.
