LFS-B-NOTIS Automatic Free-Flowing Product Packaging Line in Paper Bags

Automatic packaging of free-flowing products into ready-made paper bags with flat-folding bottom. Brick pack bags are formed at the line exit.

The line is designed for packaging free-flowing products (including granulated sugar, grains, etc.) into ready-made paper bags with flat-folding bottom. Brick pack bags are formed at the line exit.

Operating Principle

On the LFS-B-NOTIS line, bags are automatically taken from the magazine, opened, and filled with product. As they travel along the line, each bag is closed and the top seam fin is glued to the bag body. Bags are then directed to the group packaging line, where blocks of bags are formed.

The formed block is wrapped in shrink film and passed through the heat shrink tunnel. The line can operate either autonomously or together with the group packaging line.

Features and Advantages

• The line control system automatically monitors each bag moving along the conveyor line and takes necessary action in non-standard situations to prevent product spillage and defective bags from entering the good product flow.
• The line is equipped with two empty bag magazines with a combined capacity of up to 1000 bags.
• Bag seam gluing is performed with food-grade approved hot-melt adhesive pins Ergomelt C-0675/43.
• The packaging date can be applied to the longitudinal or transverse vertical sides of the bag using an inkjet printer.
