Automatic packaging of flour into ready-made paper bags with flat-folding bottom. Brick pack bags are formed at the line exit.
Automatic packaging of flour into ready-made paper bags with flat-folding bottom. Brick pack bags are formed at the line exit.
The line incorporates a number of unique engineering solutions, including a patented volumetric-weight filling method.
Bags are automatically taken from the magazine, opened, and filled with flour. As they travel along the line, each bag is closed, the top seam fin is folded 270° and glued to the bag body. The hot-melt adhesive used is food-grade approved. The packaging date is applied by an inkjet printer (option, model and supplier at customer discretion). At the exit, bags can be fed into the LGU-NOTIS-01-B group packaging line, where blocks are formed, wrapped in shrink film, and passed through the TT-NOTIS-01 heat shrink tunnel.
Features and Advantages
- Unique volumetric-weight filling method. The integrated weigh filler ensures precise top-up to the target dose, regardless of product density, moisture, or temperature.
- Automatic monitoring of each bag on the conveyor line. In case of non-standard situations, product spillage and defective bags entering the good product flow are prevented.
- Two empty bag magazines with a combined capacity of up to 1000 bags for at least 30 minutes of continuous operation.
- Product vibration compaction system ensures a firm brick pack bag with correct shape.
- The line is equipped with a MelerGroup B4-G gluing station.
The design includes units protected by RF patents.
