Line for filling products into bags formed from film roll, then placing bags into mechanically closed boxes.
The line is designed for filling and packaging the source product into bags formed from a film roll, after which the finished bags are placed into boxes. Often used for grain packaging (1 bag per box), or for boil-in-bag pouches (several bags per box).
During line operation, the following actions are performed cyclically:
- Extracting a folded box blank from the filled magazine.
- Transferring the blank into an open carriage.
- Opening (forming) the box.
- Simultaneous grain weighing and packaging into a bag formed from a film roll.
- Dropping bags into the box.
- Performing all processes for filling, compacting and closing the filled box.
At the cartoner exit, an inkjet printer applies the packaging date and other current information to the finished boxes. The line can interface and synchronize with the LGU-NOTIS-01-K box group packaging line.
