Line for filling products into bags formed from film roll, then placing bags into glue-sealed boxes.
The line is designed for filling and packaging the source product into bags formed from a film roll, after which the finished bags are placed into cardboard boxes.
The line operates in start-stop mode. The box extraction and opening device takes blanks from the magazine and feeds them into the LFK-P-NOTIS-01 line carriage for opening. Each carriage closes after receiving the next blank, thereby opening the box. As the boxes move along the conveyor, the following operations are performed:
- Folding of the small bottom flaps.
- Folding of the large bottom flaps with hot-melt glue applied to the outer large flap on its inner side. Fixation of flaps.
- Receiving a bag from the MDU-NOTIS packaging machine.
- Closing (folding) of the upper side flaps of the box.
- Folding of the large top flaps with hot-melt glue applied to the outer large flap on its inner side.
- Fixation of flaps.
- Automatic date marking on the bag during ejection of the finished boxes.
- Ejection of finished boxes onto a table for manual group packaging into a corrugated box.
