Line for filling free-flowing products directly into boxes formed from blanks, with reliable glue sealing.
The cartoner is designed for filling free-flowing products directly into boxes — without prior packaging into one or several bags as in the LFK-NOTIS-01-KR. This packaging method requires reliable sealing and gluing of the bottom and top to prevent crumbs from spilling. The boxes are formed from pre-prepared flat blanks.
For Free-Flowing Products
The equipment is best suited for filling grains, pasta, and also laundry powder. If you need to package a different free-flowing product, please provide its characteristics and dose sizes in your inquiry.

NOTIS cartoner in grain production
- DVDD-NOTIS-3.0-3Rch-D-ZA — 3-head linear weigh filler for doses of 20–3000 g. Equipped with aspiration hood to prevent dust during product dropping.
- LFK-01-NOTIS-KR-Pr-ZhK — cartoner that forms boxes from blanks and seals them after the dose is filled.
- Inkjet printer by third-party manufacturer for clear marking of date, expiry, and other information.
- ALZ-01-NOTIS-K-V3.5-DU-ZA — automatic belt loader for filling the filler hopper.
- VP-NOTIS-02 — vibratory feeder for product delivery to the automatic belt loader. The vibratory feeder hopper is positioned below shoulder height and can be conveniently filled from bags by hand or with a bag tipper.
Operating Principle
- The operator pours grains from a bag or laundry powder from drums into the vibratory feeder accumulator hopper. The belt loader then automatically fills the filler hopper. Sensors continuously monitor that sufficient product is present inside.
- Our legendary 3-head weigh filler then prepares doses one by one and drops them into the already prepared open box. NOTIS fillers feature truly exemplary accuracy and speed for free-flowing products. NOTIS engineers developed unique filling algorithms on proprietary electronics.
- How are the boxes formed?
- The cartoner operates in start-stop mode. A special device extracts box blanks from the magazine and feeds them into the open carriages. As they move along the line, the box bottom is formed. Glue is neatly applied to the bottom flaps; they are folded and fixed.
- The box then receives product from the filler via a moving funnel.
- The top flaps, with applied glue, are then folded and securely fixed.
- The printer applies marking, and the box is then pushed onto a work table for manual group packaging into a corrugated box.
