Part of the packaging complex. Used for product compaction and flat-top bag formation.
The brick pack forming line is designed to give a flat-bottom bag filled with product (grains, sugar, pasta, etc.), packaged on a vertical packaging machine, the shape of a "brick pack".
The line is a device in which bags are transported by a conveyor from one forming stage to the next. Bags from the vertical packaging machine enter a dedicated cell (cup) of the LFB-NOTIS-01-ET. They then pass sequentially through the following bag forming stages: vibration compaction of product in the bag, bag top formation, heat-sealing of the formed bag top, trimming and removal of excess film, double folding of the bag top and fixation of the folded seam with an adhesive label (LFB-NOTIS-01-ET) / or without a label (LFB-NOTIS-01).
The LFB-NOTIS-01-ET line interfaces and synchronizes with MDU-NOTIS vertical packaging machines with weighing (linear or multi-head) fillers.
The LFB-NOTIS-01-ET line output interfaces and synchronizes with the brick pack group packaging device.
Additional Functions
- Automatic detection and removal of torn bags from the line mechanisms;
- Automatic removal of spilled grain from the line mechanisms
