Designed for packaging flour in doses from 300 to 3000 g into ready-made paper bags.

The semi-automatic flour packaging line is a complex of several machines:

Optionally the line can be equipped with a bag tipper, printer, and metal detector.

A worker empties bags of flour into the hopper of the auger loader (1) AShZ-01-NOTIS manually or with the MO-NOTIS-01 bag tipper. The loader then automatically lifts the product into the auger filler hopper (2) MFDSh-NOTIS-3.0-2-GPP based on sensor signals.
The operator places empty bags onto the two filler discharge spouts, waits for filling to complete, then places bags onto the conveyor (3) KO-01-NOTIS-VU-FVP.
The conveyor compacts the bags, forms the top into a fin shape, and transfers them to the conveyor (4) MZBP-02-NOTIS. Here the bags are trimmed, the top is folded, glue is applied, and the fin is pressed to the bag body.
A second operator removes the finished bags and places them on the receiving platform of the heat shrink machine (5) MTU-Optima-600. The machine groups the bags into blocks of the set quantity, wraps them in shrink film, and passes them through the heat shrink tunnel. A worker stacks the finished blocks onto pallets.
