MDU-NOTIS-05M-(PE)-820-FPD-2Head-D-PRR machines automatically weigh free-flowing products in 1000–5000 g doses, form flat-bottom bags with die-cut handles from roll film and seal finished packages. A version up to 15000 g in a pillow bag is also available.
The machine is designed for weighing and packaging free-flowing food and non-food products into bags made from polypropylene film, laminated films and laminated paper. The machine is equipped with a flat-bottom forming unit and a die-cut handle punching device. Maximum dose weight in this configuration is 5000 g. The standard version has a 2-head linear weigher, and a 4-head modification is also available.
PE version — for packaging into polyethylene film. Without this index, the machine is configured for polypropylene film.
A version for packaging free-flowing products up to 15000 g is available. In this case, the machine forms a bag without a die-cut handle, with dose volume up to 20 liters. Output is from 6 to 20 packages per minute.
