Accurately weighs piece-form and/or frozen products, forms a bag from roll film and seals the package. A practical choice for new businesses and for applications where high output is not required.
Consists of a DVDd-NOTIS-3.0-A-K-(MP)-2K weigher and a MUSP packaging machine. Designed for weighing and packaging piece-form and/or frozen food and non-food products into pillow bags.
The DVDd-NOTIS-3.0-A-K-2K weigher is optimal for piece-form products. For frozen products, the semi-automatic machine uses the DVDd-NOTIS-3.0-A-K-MP-2K weigher with a special hopper and weigh bucket design.
2K — Two-Stage Weigher
This is a tray design in which the product stream passes through two stages. After the main part of the dose is filled, the lower stage closes, and the remaining dose is gently topped up through the upper narrow stage to reach the set weight.
The two-stage weigher design makes it possible to fill with an error of no more than half the weight of one product piece.
Packaging Machine Included
The semi-automatic machine is available with different manual MUSP packaging machine versions:
- MUSP-01M — with constant heating for polypropylene and laminated films, 25–120 mkm thick. The most popular version.
- MUSP-01 — with impulse heating, suitable for polyethylene films, 50–120 mkm thick.
The wide version MUSP-01M-SH / MUSP-01-SH is designed for larger bags (see dimensions below).
