Weighs free-flowing product, forms a bag from roll film and seals the package. Unlike fully automatic VFFS machines, it requires an operator to pull the film and seal the seams. The linear weigh filler has the same advantages as the weighers used in NOTIS machines.
Consists of a DVDd-NOTIS-3.0-A weigher on a frame and a MUSP-NOTIS packaging machine. Designed for weighing and packaging dry granular, free-flowing food and non-food products into pillow bags.
This machine is an excellent choice for starting a business or for cases where high output is not required. Our customers often use semi-automatic machines to supply products not only to local shops, but also to retail chains. It costs more than two times less than the most budget-friendly VFFS machine for free-flowing products. A simple, well-thought-out design makes these machines extremely robust. Over 25 years, we have manufactured 1,500 packaging machines of this type, and we still receive spare-part requests for the first models. Available with different MUSP packaging machine versions:
- MUSP-01M — with constant heating for polypropylene and laminated films, 25–120 mkm thick. The most popular version.
- MUSP-01 — with impulse heating, suitable for polyethylene films, 50–120 mkm thick.
A wide version, MUSP-01M-SH / MUSP-01-SH, is also available for larger bags and 500 mm film (see details below).
