Part of a packaging system with a multi-head weigher. Designed for high-accuracy and high-output weighing of small piece-form products in doses of 25–1000 g.
Advantages of NOTIS Multi-Head Weighers
- Our own ADC module is built around a 24-bit AD7799 converter from Analog Devices, a recognized leader in analog-to-digital converters. The ADC module measures dynamic weight at up to 500 measurements per second, enabling effective digital filtering across a wide frequency range for high speed and accuracy.
- The ADC hardware and software remove the need for frequent systematic calibration of weighing channels. Calibration once a year is sufficient.
- NOTIS multi-head weigher actuators have no hazardous voltage. The power section runs on 24 V, and total power consumption is no more than 200 W. Efficient control of stepper motors and vibratory feeders made it possible to eliminate a cabinet with high-power supplies and heat-dissipation systems.
- Unlike typical competitor schemes, NOTIS multi-head weigher control uses two separate computer systems. One system processes data in real time, while the second Windows-based computer provides a familiar user interface.
