The machine is designed for high-accuracy weighing and packaging of poorly flowing, piece-form and frozen food and non-food products. Packaging is done into formed pillow bags made from polypropylene film, laminated films and laminated paper.

• PE version — for packaging into polyethylene film. Without this index, the machine is configured for polypropylene film.
• 440 index — maximum film width.
• 1Head/2Head index — 1- or 2-head weigher.
• K version — for piece-form products; K-MP — for frozen piece-form products.
• 2K index — each weigher head has a two-stage design.

2K — Two-Stage Design

This is a tray design in which the product stream passes through two stages. After the main part of the dose is filled, the lower stage closes, and the remaining dose is gently topped up through the upper narrow stage to reach the set weight.

The two-stage weigher design makes it possible to fill with an error of no more than half the weight of one product piece.
