NOTIS Crispbread Packaging Line for a Well-Known National Brand

We are publishing a video of a NOTIS packaging line being commissioned at the facility of one of Russia’s largest crispbread manufacturers.

Crispbread Packaging Equipment

At the heart of the line is the latest-generation MGU-NOTIS-03-servo inverted flow wrapping machine, with the film fed from beneath the product. This configuration allows the stacks of crispbread to be positioned along the longitudinal seal of the gusseted package, making it easy for consumers to remove the crispbread one piece at a time after opening.

The crispbread is manually arranged in stacks on an extended infeed conveyor. The flow wrapper then forms and seals the packages. After wrapping, the products pass through a metal detector and are transferred to a NOTIS rotary accumulation table.

Commissioning the packaging line at the customer’s facility

Most of the video was filmed directly at the customer’s facility during line commissioning. The final section also includes footage of factory acceptance testing at the NOTIS assembly facility before shipment.
