Assembly Floor, June '26

Packaging equipment is not a smartphone. It is an investment for years. Before making a decision, it matters to understand who builds it, how it is built, and what actually happens on the production floor. That is why we are open — and periodically show our assembly floor from the inside. This is where machines take their final shape before shipment.

June 2026. The floor is full. Orders from across the country: the Far East, Siberia, the Urals, Southern Russia, Moscow. Every week the lineup changes: new clients, new projects, new shipments.

What's in production today

1. Brick pack line for cereal filling

   In the foreground — a brick pack line for cereal filling. This year we upgraded the design and raised the guaranteed output from 50 to 60 packs per minute. In testing we are already working through 70, on portion weights from 400 to 1000 grams.

2. Main series VFFS machines

   Alongside — main series VFFS machines. The flat-bottom forming unit has been updated and sealing accuracy improved. These machines evolve continuously, not version by version.

3. DVK-NOTIS multi-head weigher

   At an early stage of assembly — the DVK-NOTIS multi-head weigher, part of a weighing and packaging system. The control system has been completely redesigned: accuracy and speed increased, and the combination is no longer limited to four buckets maximum. Electronics and control algorithms are developed in-house by NOTIS engineers.

4. Linear weigh fillers

   In the background — linear weigh fillers. In terms of accuracy and speed, these rank among the best solutions in their class. A significant update is coming for these as well.

5. MNH-01-NOTIS bread slicer

   A machine for slicing whole loaves into portions of precise dimensions. We recently published a video of cutting trials across multiple formats: cubes, sticks, and slices.
