A brick-shaped package is equipped with a resealable label for repeated opening and closing.
The package has three seals: two horizontal seals and one vertical longitudinal seal. It has a dense shape with compacted bottom and top. Film can be polypropylene or laminated film including paper-laminated film, depending on the machine version. Packaging equipment for Brick Pack with label
These bags are formed only on listed VFFS machines and only together with the FPD flat-bottom former and UPS seam-folding device options. A special label applicator is required for the resealable label.
After main forming, the bag is compacted on a vibrating compactor, takes a brick shape, and the package top is heat-fixed.
