The Project
Let us look at the new packaging line manufactured for a major timber industry company from Bratsk. Project requirements: package 3–3.5 tonnes per hour. Bags of different doses: 3, 5, 10, and 15 kg. Different package formats: standard, flat-bottom, and with a handle in the form of 3 finger holes — these packages are easy to grab from store shelves and carry home.
MDU-NOTIS-820 has become a bestseller among woodworking companies thanks to its ability to package pellets into different bag formats. The machine doses pellets from 1 to 15 kg comparatively quickly and accurately, and forms sturdy bags from a polyethylene roll. MDU-NOTIS-820 has a special-purpose configuration for wood pellets with unique features you won't find on other packaging machines.
