In late 2023 we unveiled the latest generation of the horizontal packaging machine MGU-NOTIS-03-servo (discover its unique features). This flow wrapper achieved an average output of 350 candies per minute in our new project. The Chelyabinsk customer needed to automate the packaging of chocolate products, wafers, bars, and chocolate slabs.
Year after year, NOTIS is establishing itself as one of Russia's most high-tech companies with unique packaging equipment solutions. Over the past 10 years, a number of large chocolate factories in Russia have become our customers. Our conveyor system — unique in Russia — collects product from the production line and distributes it to one or multiple MGU-NOTIS-03-servo-135 horizontal flow wrappers. The line has several configurations and handles candies, bars, wafer desserts, and chocolate slabs.

We manufactured the line back in December 2023, tested it, and shipped it to the customer. Our commissioning engineer flew to Chelyabinsk promptly, carried out installation supervision, commissioning, and trained the local team. The line is now successfully running and handling daily production volumes.
