3) Film payoff is seated on a movable carriage. The carriage can automatically move to the left and right of a fixed flange. This saves film reel changeover time and highly reduces film wastage.
Application and basic advantages:
MDU-Notis-02M-520-D3-OTV is used for dosing and packing bulk stock food and nonfood products in polypropylene and laminated bags or laminated paper bags. The OTV technology provides the following performance at the doses:
- up to 100 g (sunflower seeds, croutons, nuts, etc.) - not fewer than 75 bags/min.
- up to 1000 g (grits, sugar) - not fewer than 50 bags/min.
